Hi again everyone!

I know it’s been a while but I have been a busy boy lately. I am doing great in my foster home. Since I was sprung from the shelter I went to the vet and she said that I look to be about 10 years old. The vet said I needed to gain about 10 pounds but overall I am a healthy boy. I did put weight on and I am eating a lot better now. Whenever I hear my food bowl I run in for dinner with my GSP brothers. I even love the yummy treats they give me here. I still go right in my crate in the morning when my foster parents go to work. I get to sleep on a nice dog bed at night in my foster parents room with my brothers and it is so comfy better than the concrete floor I was sleeping on. After all that time sleeping on concrete, I sure do have achy joints, but my foster mom gives me these joint relief pills and I am able to move around with no pain!

I had a few bald spots when I was picked up by those nice girls but they are all gone now all my hair has grown back in. I love getting baths i just stand there and let my foster mom wash me I like it.

I go for walks every day. I walk well on the leash with or without the spike collar. I know my name but I am still learning to come when they call me. I know the basic commands like sit, stay and I even give paw. I get along great with my two GSP brothers we play fight and we run around the back yard looking for animals together. I love to chew and chase tennis balls. My foster family even bought me an indestructible bone which I love to chew on since I can’t have stuffed animals because I put a hole in them. I often lie down on the deck outside and relax and watch the birds fly by. I often watch my foster brother trying to catch bees its funny. I have escaped from my foster home a few times but I didn’t go far I guess I just wanted to see what else was out there. But lately I have been good and I stay in my yard.

I even have six GSP foster cousins which come over and visit me once in a while and we play together and go on walks together. I never had so many friends before!

In my foster home they also have two kids that I get along with really well. I love when the kids are eating because I try and steal their snacks from them but they tell me no and to sit down and I usually listen to them. I love when they play with me they will throw my tennis ball in the yard or we play tug a war with a rope and they also rub my belly. I often lay down with them when we watch TV together.
